- SOW Amendment 1, Solicitation Attachments 12, 13, and 15. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to post a copy of the solicitation, SOW, and attachments 12, 13, and 15. This solicitation is to provide all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, management and supervision for chemical and low level radioactive waste collection, minimization and disposal services to the NIH main campus and off-site installations identified in the statement of work. This contract establishes an integrated and comprehensive multiple component waste management service including provisions for: waste collection, receiving and processing of wastes, packaging and shipping of wastes for off-site treatment, waste data tracking, waste analytical services, on-site treatment, and operation of NIH
