- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWC Division Newport intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) task order to Northrop Grumman Newport News (NGNN), pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The task order will cover support for the SEAWOLF and VIRGINIA class systems. The task order term will be from the date of award till 2009 SEP 30. This task order will be placed against BOA N00024-05-G-4418. The contractor will provide engineering, analytical and technical services to develop and incorporate design changes, drawings as well as supporting documentation, to the Seawolf and Virginia Class systems.
