- The NSN is 6150-01-493-6130. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price 100% Total HUBZone Set-Aside Contract for a qty of 434 each and an Option for Increased Quantity - FAR Clause 52.217-7. Delivery will be FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin. The required delivery schedule for the Contractor’s First Article Testing (FAT) is 376 days for 3 samples and 136 days without FAT. FAR Clause 52.219-3 – Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside. “This is a HUBZone Set-Aside and only offers from SBA certified small business HUBZone manufacturers and HUBZone dealers furnishing a HUBZone manufacturer’s product will be considered”. The proposed procurement/contract is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns and Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
