- THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: PREQUALIFICATION PACKAGE CHANGE: CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATION STATEMENT: Replace Page 4 with Revised 3/16/10 Page 4. Replace Section 6: Indefinite Quantity Contract / Job Order Contract Experience with Revised 3/16/10 Section 6. These revisions decrease IQC Experience to 30 points. SOLICITATION PACKAGE CHANGES: Delete Attachment 2: Goals for Minority Participation and replace with Revised 3/16/10 Page 3 IQCJOC JAN 2008 and refer to Section A.107 for Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Goals. This will adjust minority participation goal to 4.1% and female participation goal to 7.5%. Replace Attachment 12: Subcontracting Plan with Revised 3/16/10 Small, Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprise Subcontracting Plan, Page 1. Note revision: B. Subcontracting Goals revised to: Small Business - 38.3%; Minority-owned Business - 4.1%; Woman-owned Business - 7.5% PLEASE NOTE: ATTACHMENTS WILL BE SENT HARD COPY TO ALL CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REQUESTED THIS SOLICITATION. Proposal due date has been extended to Tuesday, March 30, 2010 with proposals due NLT 4:00 p.m. EST. ALL ELSE REMAINS THE SAME.
