- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Filter Element, Fluid, use on a C-5. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. Item is a 1C, there is two approved sources of supply: Pall Aeropower Corporation CAGE 18350 and The Boeing Company, CAGE 88277. The NSN, and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 1650-01-422-5224; Base Year EAQ: 439 each; Option Year EAQ: 439 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance: Origin; Delivery 76 days. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT MARCH 31, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
