- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) STK Expert Edition Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades-NT, Qty 1; 2) STK Professional Edition Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades-NT, Qty 1; 3) STK Integration Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades-NT, Qty 1; 4) STK/Radar Module Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades, Qty 1; 5) STK/Coverage Module Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades, QTY 1; 6) STK/Communications Module Renewal Annual Support and Upgrades, Qty 1. All items associated with host ID# 0002B36479CF. This requirement is sole sourced to Analytical Graphics, Inc., 220 Valley Creek Blvd., Exton, PA 19341-2380, as the only vendor able to produce these parts. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
