- Appendix D Appendix C Appendix B Appendix A Solicitation for Paint IDIQ Solicitation Response Date is NLT 4:00PM CST on 9 Apr 2010 The NAICs Code for this solicitaiton has changed to 325510. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Enterprise Acquisition (PKEA) will award a single contract. The purpose of the contract is to provide Tinker AFB with DTM acrylic primer/finish and DTM acrylic coating paints. The Air Force will acquire these services through an Air Force Source Selection. It is anticipated that the contract will be a 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangement. Line Item Description QTY Unit of Issue 0001 DTM Acrylic Primer/Finish 2,000 5 gallon bucket 0002 DTM Acrylic Coating/Finish 2,000 5 gallon bucket Note: The items referenced above reflect the total estimated quantity for the 5-year ordering period. The attached product information sheets and MS/DS documents describe a Sherwin-Williams product that has been previously used at Tinker AFB. The government is seeking products that are equal or better than the listed specifications. Each offeror shall provide their production information and MS/DS documentation at the time of proposal. Required delivery: FOB destination (Tinker AFB, 73145). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. Solicitation requests can be submitted to Mary Semyone via email at mary.semyone@tinker.af.mil. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
