- This is to announce a pre-solicitation for constructing a parking garage @ Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216- to design and build a parking garage in the location of Parking Lot 6 at our Dallas campus of VA North Texas Health Care System. Design criteria shall comply with VA specifications and all applicable city, county, state and federal regulations and OSHA standards. See VA web site http www.cfm.va.gov/contract for VA Specifications and Design Criteria. Bids will be due on April 26, 2010. The NAICS code is 236220, with the business size standard of 33.5 Million. The is a set-aside for SDVOSB's.
