- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 6,065 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 5,274 ANSI / BOMA square feet of contiguous office space in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Any spaces to be considered should be on the second floor or higher. If the offered space is on the top floor of a building, roof-top access should not be in the space. On-site, secured parking is required for 15 vehicles. Any parking located under the building must have controlled access and be restricted to building tenants. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings; or in an office, research, technology, or business park with a campus-like atmosphere; or an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired for March 2, 2011. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Within the City Limits of Las Cruces, NM All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be received by March 29, 2010. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of existing space offered - including method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4) Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5) Offers must be submitted by owner(s) or by authorized representatives of the owner(s) only.
