- SCA Wage Determination Price List Statement of Work BPA Terms and Conditions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-10-A-0004. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for carpet/flooring at Edwards AFB, CA. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20091229. This acquisition is a 100% service disabled veteran owned business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 238330. Small Business size standard is $14,000,000.00 dollars. Date of Delivery: See attached BPA Terms and Conditions. Place of delivery and performance: Edwards AFB, California. Attachments provided are: BPA Terms and Conditions, Statement of Work; Price List and SCA Wage Determination. Mulitple BPA's may be issued. Quotes must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. (PST) on Friday 26 March 2010. The offer may be faxed or emailed to the Point of Contact below. Contract award is estimated to take place 31 March 2010. Potential offerors must be registered in CCR to be eligible for contract award or payment from any Department of Defense activity.
