Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,478 rentable square feet in Worcester, Massachusetts bounded as follows: Starting at the intersection of Elm Street and Ashland Street, travel east on Elm Street to Main Street; turn north on Main Street to Foster Street; turn east on Foster Street to Commercial Street; turn south on Commercial Street to Front Street, turn south on Salem Street to Myrtle Street; turn west on Myrtle Street to Portland Street; turn north on Portland Street to Federal Street; turn west on Federal Street to Main Street; turn north on Main Street to Chatham Street; turn west on Chatham Street to Oxford Street; turn north on Oxford Street to Ashland Street to point of beginning. The space should yield between 3,894 and 4,089 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2012. One surface or structured parking space is required. It is preferred if the offered space is located on the second floor or above in the building. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
