- The Defense Media Activity, Alexandria VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to The Associated Press, 1100 - 13th Street NW, Washington DC 20005, under the the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source will satisfy the agency's requirement. The Defense Media Activity intends to acquire proprietary software licenses for the Essential News Production System (ENPS) to facilitate the production of news and stories for broadcast to the fleet. This requirement is for one base year and two 1-year options. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 2:00 PM, EST, March 18, 2010 by e-mail to brenda.harley@dma.mil.
