- Anticipated issue date is March 26, 2010 with a closing date of April 26, 2010. Solicitation number is SPM4A6-10-R-0671, IQC10069009074, Stock Number, 5365-00-760-5365, Spacer, Sleeve. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment not applicable. NSN is not commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control, Drawings, and Export Control, and is Critical Item application. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 8023. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 1003 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 4012 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 137 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
