- RECOVERY - FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT LAOLAO BAY ROAD, COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS(CNMI), SAIPAN AND IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GPPC, INC., AS PERDIDO RD AS LITO, CNMI, SAIPAN, 96950-4301, AN 8(A)/HUBZONE CONCERN. The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), posts this notice of intent to issue a negotiated solicitation on a sole-source basis to GPPC, Inc. an 8(a) firm. The estimated value of this action is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This action is for Construction Of Road Paving And Drainage Improvements At Laolao Bay Road, CNMI, Saipan. This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration(SBA) 8(a) Program, award may be made to GPPC, Inc. on a sole-source basis under $3.5 million with concurrence of the SBA.
