- This announcement hereby provides notice of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intention to modify its IDIQ XRAD Task Order contract with the following small business: Actuarial Research Corporation (ARC), HHSM-500-2006-00005I Acumen, LLC, HHSM-500-2006-00006I Impaq International, HHSM-500-2006-00007I Kennell & Associates, HHSM-500-2006-00008I L&M Policy Research, LLC, HHSM-500-2006-00009I Pacific Consulting Group, HHSM-500-2006-00010I The proposed modification would increase the maximum amount from $20,000,000 to $30,000,000. The base period of performance is five (5) years from the effective date of award with provisions for five (5) one-year option periods. No changes are required to the Statement of Work (SOW), which cover services for a limited range of research, analysis, and demonstration projects that relate to: Medicare, Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). Responses received in reply to this announcement will be treated as expressions of interest in the increase in the maximum amount of the contracts, no further notice will be published. Responses must be emailed to charles.littleton@cms.hs.gov by March 26, 2010.
