- The Flatrack Refueling Capability (FRC) shall be a self contained and transportable fueling system. The FRC shall be integrated within an ISO frame configuration. The FRC shall fuel tactical vehicles, stationary equipment, and dispense and remove fuel from fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The prime mover for the FRC is the USMC LVSR cargo variant.
