- The Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) plans to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the repair of AN-ARC-231Radios in support of the aircraft of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). The U. S. Special Operations Command intends to contract with the Raytheon Company, 1010 Production Lane, Fort Wayne, IN 46808 for these repairs on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The following numbered notes are applicable to this requirement: 8, 12, 13, 22 and 23. This is not a request for proposals. Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quote which shall be considered.
