- Description
- The proposed contract action is for parking space services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR Part 6.302. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires indoor secure parking spaces for one-hundred (100) government owned automobiles for the ATF office located at Kirco Management 1155 Brewery Park Boulevard, Detroit, MI 48207. The facility must be within one (1) block of the office, but closer is more important and accessible 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement will close on March 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The period of performance will be from 4/01/2010 to 03/31/2011. The awarded contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive payment.
