- Description
- The USACE plans to award a Firm-Fixed price contract for the fabrication of two (2) culvert valve bulkheads for Seldon Lock and Dam on the Black Warrior Tombigbee River. Each Bulkhead is approximately 12-2 high, 12-2 wide and 10 thick and will weigh approximately 7120 pounds. They shall be delivered and unloaded to Seldon Lock and Dam (navigation mile 261.1 on the Black Warrior River, 5068 Seldon Lock and Dam, County Road 38, Sawyerville, AL 36776. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business using the NAICS 332312 for which the size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available to download via www.fbo.gov on or about March 12, 2010. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
