- Offeror Instructions This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-10-000013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2005-38. This RFQ is issued as an unrestricted full and open competition. The following contract line itmes are inlcuded in this RFQ: CLIN 0001 - Testing and Measurement Solution CLIN 0002 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #1) CLIN 0003 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #2) CLIN 0004 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #3) CLIN 0005 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #4) CLIN 0006 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #5) CLIN 0007 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #6) CLIN 0008 - Testing and Measurement Solution (Option Period #7) The attached file provides: (1) description of the requirements; (2) dates and place(s) of delivery and acceptance; (3) specific information regarding the evaluation and evaluation criteria; (4) contract terms and conditions; and (5) time, data and place for submission of offers. The attached file also incorporates FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5. Provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
