- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, Billings MT, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Sutron Corporation, Sterling VA. The Bureau of Reclamation is providing funds for Sutron to supply technical support in the development and implementation of Hydrologic Database (HDB) tools as it applies to the new HDB at Eastern Colorado Area Office. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
