No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: D19T5004D1, NSN: 1560-01-386-8205, PN: 13458239, Quantity: 9 each, applicable to the Target Weapon System. F.O.B. destination with delivery to Ft. Bliss, TX. Production Lead time with Government First Article Testing is is 9 each 113 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
