- Purchase Description for Small Flight Line Air Conditioner Market Research Questionnaire Memorandum for All Interested Sources The 642 CMSG Air Conditioner program team is currently planning for a solicitation package which will result in a long-term contract for mobile small flight line air conditioners. Industry input is requested relative to the draft Purchase Description and market research questionnaire in an effort to identify the most current features and capabilities of air conditioners in the market. Additionally, input obtained from industry will ensure that common practices relative to manufacturing, production, warranty coverage, delivery times, etc. are captured. Request your careful review of the attached draft purchase description and market research questionnaire for the mobile small flight line air conditioners.
