Updated Solicitation - 300-68-10 HCR 397L4, COLUMBUS, MS TO ABERDEEN, MS Effective Date: 04/01/2010 Contract Term: 04/01/2010 to 03/31/2012 Administrative Official: COLUMBUS, MS Estimated Annual Hours: 1,086 Estimated Annual Miles: 29,761.4 Vehicle Requirements: One (1) Straight Body Truck Length: 24' Cubes: 1200 Payload: 15000 lbs PROPOSALS MAY BE FAXED TO: 651-306-6961 PROPOSALS MAY BE E-MAILED TO: michael.e.grifith@usps.gov The number of vehicles stated in the solicitation is an estimate of the minimum number required to perform the service. Each offeror must calculate for themselves the number of units required to maintain "ON TIME " operation. Trailers must be equipped with a load restraint system (including permanently mounted wall hardware) sufficient to minimize movement of the cargo when the vehicles are in motion and sufficient to prevent the cargo from striking the rear door. Terms & Conditions, Issue 9, effective 2/26/2010 applies. Wages Determination No. 56, effective 2/22/2010 applies. Bid "without Fuel" on Line 6. Supplier will be required to submit their estimated annual fuel gallons to perform service which will be included in the contract. After the closing date of the auction, the offer and the fuel gallon (Line 6) will be used to determine the winning bid. No adjustments to fuel gallons will be made during this contract term.
