- "RECOVERY-This notice is for informational purposes only. This procurement, IF AWARDED, will be an order executed under an already awarded IDIQ Repair and alterations contract for the State of Ohio......" PLEASE NOTE: Funds are not currently available for this procurement: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This procurement is a Delivery Order under the existing IDIQ contract for the State of Ohio (Zone 1) for Glazing at the John F. Seiberling Federal Building & US Courthouse, 2 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio. Work awarded under this delivery order is for the modification of the buildings existing envelope in order to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE POOL OF CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS UNDER THE PRE-PRICED STATEWIDE IDIQ CONTRACT FOR ZONE 1.
