Description
W91QV1-10-T-10-0014 Notice of Intent. U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to award a contract to Successfactors, Inc. for License and Support Renewal. This is a sole award based under the statutory permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c )(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agencys Requirements to Successfactors, Inc., 1500 Fashion Island Blvd, Suite 300, San Mateo, CA 94404. This requirement is for the Defense Acquisition University, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, renewal of Successfactors Employee Profile Licenses, Configuration & Deployment Professional Services, Training Professional Services, Pixel Perfect Talent Card Package, and Configuration & Deployment Professional Services-Pixel Perfect. Successfactors, Inc. is the sole manufacturer for any authorized maintenance or support for Successfactors licenses, support and maintenance. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Request for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledge. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action was based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding by 12:00 PM EST by March 18, 2010, in writing to email address: andrea.corbin@us.army.mil. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 2MB. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Otherwise, responses must be submitted via hard copy to: US Army MICC, Attn: Andrea Corbin, 703/806-4383, 9410 Jackson Loop suite 101, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060.
