- Description
- This is a request for information. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. Travis Air Force Base, CA is conducting market research to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses to provide elevator maintenance and repair services to Travis AFB. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and all necessary items to provide this service. The contractor shall perform these services in accordance with the terms of any resultant contract and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A contract is expected to be awarded for the basic period and four (4) one year option year periods. Potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. The information provided will be used for planning purposes only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310, the Federal Supply Class/Service Code is J099 and the size standard is $7 Million. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a statement of current capability and past performance information. Sources must demonstrate technical experience on similar acquisitions, specifically addressing the requirements specified in this synopsis and demonstrate the ability to obtain the resources necessary to successfully compete for this requirement. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide the following information: 1) company name, point of contact, email address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and type and business size, 2) a list of your most recent and relevant DoD or commercial contracts (not to exceed five) to include names, points of contact, phone numbers, value and type of contract, period of performance, and brief description, 3) information telling us about your company, and 4) information describing works, tasks, and percentages proposed to be performed by you and your subcontractors for this requirement. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only. All information submitted is at the offeror's own expense. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of capability statements in connection with this market survey. Respondents will not be contacted regarding their submission of information or information gathered as a result of this notice. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based upon the responses received. Any information provided is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this sources sought synopsis.
