- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to an 8(a) firm, Merit Investigative Services, in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8 and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Design and implement Energy Conservation Measure (ECMs) at the Daniel P. Moynihan U.S. Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY. This project is expected to commence on or about April 15, 2010. The issuance date of the Request for Proposal is March 8, 2010 and a closing date of March 15, 2010 at 3:00PM. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract.
