- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida is soliciting competitive quotations on a full and open competition basis for the following items: 500 (each) Sherwood Part Number YV4501. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Panama City, C/O NSA PC-N61008, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001 by 15 April 2010 or sooner. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333912, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The closing date to submit quotes is 16 March 2010. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/.
