- RECOVERYThe National Park Service, Southeast Region intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contractusing full and open competition among small businesses for the Replacement of Cottage Roof at Fort PulaskiNational Monument, Savannah, GA. The offeror shall provide labor and materials to remove old sheeting on roof and install asphalt roofing on a historic cottage. The statement of work and specifications will be issued with the solicitation at or around 2 March 2010. NAICS Code: 238160, $14.0 M.This project will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The National Patrk Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotes (RFQ) and award Purchase Orders.You must register in (EC) at website http://ccr.gov.If you have any registration questions please call(866) 705-5711. Solicitations may be viewed online at either http://www.febizopps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov.For questions at the Department of Interior (EC) site, please call the help desk at (703) 390-6633. This will be the only means of obtaining the solicitation/award. All prospective offerors with access to the internet and emailaddress can receive electronic notiification of solicitations and awards. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any admendments. The Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's list.It is incumbent upon any interested parties to obtain any admendments which may be issued. Failure to obtainany admendments and respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposal/quotes or admendmentmay render the offeror nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the offer. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organization representation and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. Failure to do so will render an offer nonresponsive. No telephone offers accepted.Estimated cost range of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
