Description: Remove Guam routes from RDC-5 Guam routes will be removed from the Regional Domestic Contract-5 (RDC-5) solicitation. Cargo will not be shipped to/from Guam under RDC-5. Offerors are not required to comply with Guam only routes terms or conditions, nor submit rates to/from Guam within the CARES II SM system. Further updates will be forthcoming. The proposal due date is not extended.
