Description
Amentment No. 3 has been posted in http://www.fedconnect.net. RECOVERY - Buckhorn Fortune Culvert and Surface Replacement. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of removal existing structures and installing new culverts and hauling, placing and compacting rock surfacing on approximately 12.07 miles of road. Work includes placing rip rap, renovating roads which includes: blading, scarification of pot holes, brushing, chipping cut brush, cleaning culverts, reestablishing and cleaning ditches and correcting drainage patterns, end hauling excess waste materials as needed and seeding and mulching. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total contract price. Project price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS: 237310. The project site is located in the Douglas County, Glendale Resource Area, Medford District, Oregon. Estimated start work date is June 30, 2010, and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Paper copies are no longer available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
