- This Sources Sought/Market Survey is seeking interested small Business Contractors for Mobile Shower Facilities and Mobile Sinks for Lease/Rental (26 June 2010 28 July 2010) on Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA, 98433 (previously named Fort Lewis, WA). The work includes but is not limited to the lease/rental of Mobile Shower Facilities with twenty-four (24) Shower Heads, twenty-four (24) private shower stalls measuring a minimum of 30 x 42 each with its own dressing room with a bench, hot and cold water, lighting, soap trays, soap dispensers, paper towels and dispenser, electric receptacles, odor remover/air circulator (minimum 50 CFM), heat/air conditioned, minimum 75 gallon water heater (electric or propane), and at least two (2) sink basins with vertical soap dispenser. The Mobile Sink Facilities (minimum of eight (8) sinks with vertical soap dispensers) with mirrors, hot and cold water, lighting, electric receptacles, soap, paper towels, heat/air conditioned, odor remover/air circulator, and cover. The Mobile Shower Facilities and Mobile Sink Facilities are located at two separate locations totaling forty-eight (48)Shower Heads and a minimum of sixteen (16)Mobile Sinks. Contractor will provide daily cleaning (7 days per weeks) and supplies to clean and resupply each Mobile Shower Facility and Mobile Sink Facility to include weekends and holidays. The sites are on unimproved roads, no electricity, or potable water. Contractor responsible for providing potable water to support 550 personnel at two separate sites ten (10) gallons minimum of potable water per person per shower (550 x 10 = 5,500 gallons per site per day, and potable water transportation tanker(s) with driver. Contractor shall provide Grey Water storage (550 x 10 = 5,500 gallons per site per day, Grey Water disposal, and Grey Water transportation tanker(s) with driver. Contractor shall provide power generating equipment, and fuel to power each Mobile Shower Facility and Mobile Sink Facility. Contractor will provide daily maintenance on Mobile Shower Facilities and Mobile Sink Facilities. Contractor will make repairs/replace any broken or non-functioning items/parts on Mobile Shower Facilities and Mobile Sink Facilities within twenty-four (24) hours of discovery by Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contractor. Submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought notice is completely voluntary, and shall not constitute a fee to the Government. This is not a solicitation, nor does it guarantee a solicitation will be issued. This is a request to determine whether or not any small businesses are capable of meeting this requirement.
