- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, Pt. Mugu, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis, the following item: DLS-r Power Supplies, Model 700-0274-00, Qty 12 EA. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Mission Power Solutions, Inc. 4168 Avendia de La Plata, Suite# 105, Oceanside, CA 92056-3060 as the only source that can provide this part which is interchangeable with equipment currently installed in existing weapons systems. Any firms believing that they can provide theses specific Power Supplies, per the model number, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
