Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES.The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-10-RA-0094 for the followings: The contractor shall provide all the necessary equipment, parts, material, labor and supervision to relocate, repair and refinish casket biers at the committal shelters at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, TX. The contract performance period is 45 calendar days from the effective date of contract award. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 238190 and the size standard is $14.0 million. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by March 15, 2010. The solicitation will be available for download on or about March 11, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., March 26, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. No telephone requests will be accepted.
