- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Multiple Task Order Contracts (IDIQ), W91248-10-D-0002, Circle C Construction, 270-726-7444, W91248-10-D-0003, RL Alvarez Construction, 931-320-3443 and W91248-10-D-0004, Coleman Contracting, 270-526-3388. The Directorate of Contracting intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under IDIQ. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a Facility Reset Contract from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Contracting Office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the reset of admin buildings 6944, 6943, 6742 & 6750. Also other work includes general cleaning; install weather stripping; kick plates; replace or install mini blinds, hardware & brackets; paint interior walls & doors; strip & wax VCT tile; install VCT floor finish over existing asbestos tile floor; install new rigid vinyl acrylic wall coverings; install rubber cove base finish; patch holes in walls; replace damaged ceiling tiles and grids; clean new & existing tile & grout; seal grout; replace shower curtain, rings & rod; clean & paint HVAC diffuser, grill or register; service HVAC system; replace toilet seats; clean debris from faucet areator and replace or install shower heads.
