- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions The US Army Research and Development Center intends to issue a delivery order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds under the existing contract W91QUZ-07-D-0011. This delivery order is for (2) HP servers to support the Lock Operations Management System (LOMA) being developed to track real time traffic of commercial vessels on U.S. rivers and waterways.
