- Duration of Contract Period: Basic year plus four (4) option years Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is 27 Mar 2010 and the estimated closing/response date is 26 Apr 2010. The PR# is FD2030-10-26848. Destination: FB2039, Tinker AFB OK 73145-9013. This will be a firm-fixed price requirements repair/service type contract. The Acquisition Method Code (AMC) is 5P and the ITEM DESCRIPTION: Primary Servo Valve, NSN 2915-01-182-9346PR, MOOG P/N 26-219C, Woodward P/N 1886-262 and Secondary Servo Valve, NSN 2915-01-204-1528PR, MOOG P/N 26-216C, Woodward P/N 1886-264; applicable to F110-GE-100/129. Primary and Secondary Servo Valves are approximately 2 inches wide x 3 inches, depth x 2 inches high. FUNCTION: This item is an integrated part of the Main Engine Control (MEC). The MEC regulates fuel flow and Variable Stator Vane Position of the engine. It regulates filter fuel and control pressure so that the force of the control pressure is equal to the discharge pressure. The control pressure provides a constant servo pressure to the pilot valves. MATERIAL: Aluminum. Line Item (L/I) 0001 Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ): Basic Year, 40 each; Option Year I, 30 ea; Op II-IV; Delivery-ARO Days: 030, 8 each per month. L/I 0002 BEQ: Basic Year 14 ea; Op Year I, 13 ea; Op II, 18 ea; Op III-IV 22 ea; Delivery-ARO Days: 030, 4 each per month. L/Is 0003 and 0004 Description: In accordance with requirements DD Form 1423s; Exhibit A001 (Depot Maintenance Production Report) & Exhibit A002 (CAV Reporting) ; L/I Qty 1 LO for each. FOB: Origin applies to L/Is 0001 and 0002; FOB: Destination applies to L/Is 0003 and 0004. This is will not be a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to make a sole source award to MOOG, Inc., EAST AURORA, NY 14052-0000; CAGE Code 94697. Note 22, 23, and 26 applies.
