- This Announcement is being modified due to the following reasons: 1. Change Delivery date to Tuesday, 16 March 2010.2. The deadline for receipt of quotes is Monday, March 15, 2010 at 11:00 am.3. Increase the delivery amount from 11,000 gallons to 15,000 gallons This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. This solicitation is being solicited as 100% total Small Business Set Aside, NAICS 454319, with a small business size standard of $7.0 Mil. The National Park Service encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer represents the best value for the Government, price and technical factors considered. Statue of Liberty National Monument has a requirement/need for (11,000 Gal) Barge is to have necessary 3" fittings and hoses for transfer of product. Lines to be blown down prior to disconnect. Number 2 diesel only.DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Delivery must be made AFTER BUSINESS HOURS/AFTER 5:30 PM, 03/16/2010. LOCATION: Statue of Liberty NM, New York, N.Y. 10004. Documents to be included in quote include; Detailed item description, detailed specifications. In addition, FAR provisions/clauses listed below apply. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, with paragraph (b) clauses indicated by number 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 30, and 31 (if payment by MasterCard is acceptable to the contractor). The deadline for receipt of quotes is March 15, 2010 at 11:00 am. Quotes may be submitted on letterhead or the Standard Form 1449, and must include, at a minimum, unit price, extended price, item description as detailed above, prompt payment and warranty terms, whether you will accept payment by MasterCard, name, phone number, and address of your point of contact. One invoice must be submitted after completion of delivery.
