Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-10-T- JH03 is issed as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Unit TWO Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.5M. This procurement is unrestricted. THE CONTRACTOR'S PROGRAM SHALL INCLUDE BOTH OUTDOOR AND INDOOR ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE ARTS AND CRAFTS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A DETAILED OUTLINE OF THE PROGRAM. • THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE PROVIDED CHILD CARE THAT SHALL BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. • THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A SAMPLE MENU THAT WILL BE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MEALS THAT WILL BE SERVED. • RANGE OF PROXMITY SHALL BE BETWEEN 50 - 100 MILES FROM VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. Location - identify complete address and details in compliance with meeting the government specification. Local contractor furnished training facilities are required in performance of this effort. Proximity to Virginia Beach, VA will be considered as an evaluation factor in award of this procurement. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated into the RFP: FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: past performance, and price. Past performance and price are equally important.
