- Revised CLIN Structure as a result of amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 to Solicitation Amendment 0001 to HC1028-10-R-2031 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received. As a result of some of the questions there have been some changes to the Performance Work Statement sections 6, 9, 12, and 14. Also there has been an increase in the page limit for the Management Approach subfactor from 2 pages to 4 pages. The CLIN structure has changed. CLINS 0003, 0004, 1003, and 2003 have been deleted and CLINS 0001, 1001, 2001 have been updated. These changes can be found in the actual amendment but a seperate attachment has been uploaded with the amendment to clearly show this change.
