- Description
- The Department of the Navy's Financial Management Division in the office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Manpower and Personnel requires the continued support of its automated software tools which support the development and execution of the Military Personnel, Navy (MPN) and full time support (FTS) portion of the Reserve Personnel, Navy (RPN) appropriations. The development and management of MPN and RPN are mandated by law and together comprize in excess of 35 billion dollars annually. Two of the automated tools used by N10 analysts, Automated Budget System (ABS) and Budget Obligation and Analysis Tracking System (BOATS), and collectively will be referred to as FINSYS Selected Systems (FSS) and used on the BUPERS citrix server. The proposed procurement is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Period of Performance is from 01 August 2010 through 30 September 2012, if all options are exercised. A Time and Material type contract will be issued, and conducted in accordance with FAR 12 for Commercial Items in conjunction with subpart FAR Part 13.5, Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items.
