- Furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. The contract will cover the installation of approximatly 30,000 native plants/plugs on the Midewin National Tall Grass Prairie, Wilmington, IL. The Government will provide the plant material. The government intends to award one Firmed Fixed Price contract. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to SCA wage rates. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Solicitation number: AG-52B1-S-10-0028. NAICS: 115112, Size Standard: $7M. This solicitation and any amendments will be available ONLY electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, on approximately March 25, 2010.
