This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Full And Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(1). Contractor First Article Test is required. Forging is also required. Export Control applies. Production units are FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.
