- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Chugach Industries Incorporated W911S2-06-D-0005-0049 The Directorate of Contracting will modify this task order to insert Net 14 days into Block 12 of the DD1155 to ensure that percentage of completion progress payments are made within the required 14 day time period. All other terms and conditions of said task order remain unchanged. The project was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers.
