- Ellsworth Air Force Base By-Laws U.S. Department of labor Wage Determination (Rev. 7) Pricing Schedule, all highlight fields must be completed. Password to unlock highlighted fields is 'official' This attachment is a SF 1449 Solicitation for sports officiating services please review and fill pricing information in on page 3. This is a solicitation notice for Ellsowrth AFB, SD to acquire Sports Officiating services. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to perform these services IAW attached Performance Work Statement dated 19 Jan 2010. North American Industrial Classification System Code 711219 and size standard of $7 Million. The closing date is 23 March 2010. No paper copies will be issued. Contract Award will be based on best value to government. Contractor shall supply pricing information for all highlighted fields on attached Pricing Schedule.
