- Amendment 0001 ITEM 0001: NSN 6625-01-500-6813RH, Part Number IAW Purchase Description PD10WRGBGBEC05, Test, Set, Transponder, used to test and fault detect Air Force aircraft G-band Transponders systems. Requirement is for 1 each in the basic year. Also included are 2 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365 days, 1 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1 each. Materials: Electronics. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for basic quantity: FE4608. Basic quantities are due 210 days ARO contract. Delivery of options is 210 days after exercise of options. Location to be determined. The approximate RFQ issue date will be 9 February 2010; quotes are due 11 March 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to Rachel.Wynne@robins.af.mil with copy to Dawn.McCurdy@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal. Anticipated award date is 16 April 2010. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(12)(ii) - Trade Agreements - One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreement.
