- Statement of Work The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for training seminar services for the Specialized Passenger Vehicle Criminal Identification Workshop in New York. See attached Statement of Work. The period of performance shall be 7/27/10 to 7/29/10 and 9/14/10 to 9/16/10. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm fixed purchase order based on best value in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation criteria include 1) Technical Capability 2) Price. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Desert Snow, LLC. A justification is on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses must be submitted electronically to alyse.n.white@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is March 16, 2010 at 12:00 noon EST. Quotes must be in by March 19, 2010 at 12:00 noon EST.
