- Sources Sought Document The 309th Maintenance Support Group, AMXG Engineer group, is responsible for repairing aircraft and is seeking to design a lightweight and movable unconventional stand for fixed wing aircraft maintenance. This is a request for information seeking sources capable of meeting the requirements in the attached sources sought document. When responding please include: 1. Company Name and Cage code. 2. Who is your POC please provide email address and phone number. 3. Experiences with same or similar items, please describe. 4. Suggested NAICS Code. 5. Business Size Classification for NAICS and qualifications if any as any sub-category. (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 6. Would you be a prime or subcontractor? 7. Lead Time for the task performance. 8. Would you be supplying the platform as a manufacturer or a distributor? 9. Provide proposed designs in the form of drawings, sketches, or "cartoon models" that will meet requirements, and a brief descrittion of how your proposal will meet the requirement. 10. Experience with product (years in the buisness, list of customers, etc.? 11. What specifications would you recommend? 12. Please see futher questions in the sources sought document? The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these sources sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The information provided is considered market research and may be utilized by the AF in developing its acquisition strategy, Statement of Objectives, and Performance Specifications. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used as a general concept but specific information will be safeguarded as proprietary, if so marked. Interested offerors should send a response to the sources sought inquiry and the questions listed above to the Contract Negotiator. Responses should be submitted by 11:00 am MST on 5 April 2010.
