- Description
- This requirement is for services that are required to support the F‑15 Systems Program Office, International Programs Division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The Contractor shall perform Program/Project Management Support and Personnel Support Services (PSS) in support of AFMC Detachments and Operating Locations (OLs) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Electronics System Center (ESC), Program Depot Maintenance (PDM), Re-Engine, and Link-16 in Saudi Arabia. These organizations are the primary users of the PSS effort and are referred to as the "customers." Such support shall be provided to the customers and to various Department of Defense organizations operating in Saudi Arabia. Additional support as directed by the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO), In-Kingdom Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) or their representative shall be provided to the Contractor working in direct support of the United States Air Force. Support includes disbursing, facilities maintenance and repair, custodial engineering, transportation, vehicle maintenance, and miscellaneous support including PSS coordinators, Government relations representative, and accident investigator. The Contractor shall perform the requirements of this contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at locations Riyadh, Dhahran, Khamis, Tabuk and Taif. Other locations may be added in the future. This requirement is being solicited for a basic one-year period and four one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign Contractor participation is permitted at the prime Contractor level. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 29 March 2010.
